Share Your Experience of the NHS App
As more NHS and public services move from traditional methods like phone calls, letters, and face-to-face appointments to digital platforms, it’s important that these changes work for everyone. The NHS App is a key part of this shift, and we want to hear from you about what works well, what doesn’t, and what could be improved.
Common issues reported with the NHS App include difficulties registering or logging in, confusing navigation, and technical problems like crashes or slow performance. Users also highlight missing or incorrect information, limited access to devices or internet, accessibility barriers, and a preference for speaking to someone directly or concerns about data security.
We’ve also heard positive feedback from residents too, who say the NHS App makes it easier to view blood test results, referral letters, and a full list of their medications.
Whether you use the NHS App regularly, have tried it before, or have never used it at all, your feedback is valuable. We’re particularly interested in understanding any challenges people may face—such as accessibility issues, technical difficulties, or a preference for non-digital services—but we also want to hear what’s working well.
The survey also explores how people prefer to access healthcare, what support might help them use digital tools, and whether they would use the NHS App to provide feedback about services.
