LBBD Offering New Deaf and Hard of Hearing Drop-in Service every Tuesday

If you have deafness, hearing loss, or support someone who does, the Sensory Team are on hand at Dagenham library every Tuesday to provide information, guidance, and advice.

The LBBD Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Drop-in service at Dagenham Library provides support, advice, and guidance for residents with hearing loss, including help with equipment, communication support, and signposting to relevant resources.

The service is open to anyone who is deaf, hard of hearing, or supporting someone with hearing loss. If you would benefit from some support, advice or just a friendly face to talk to who will understand you, the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Drop-in service is for you.

The service runs every Tuesday 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm at Dagenham Library, Church Elm Lane, RM10 9QS.

Please note the following Tuesdays when the service will not run due to holiday:

7th April 2026

5th May 2026

26th May 2026

18th August 2026

25th August 2026

1st September 2026

22nd December 2026

29th December 2026

5th January 2027
