Healthwatch Barking and Dagenham has released a new report examining how leisure and spiritual activities support the overall well-being of residents at Chestnut Court Care Home.

The report looks into how these activities are planned and delivered, the level of resident involvement in shaping them, and their impact on emotional and mental health.
