During the visit, our team members thoroughly observed the facilities, engaged with residents and staff, and gathered valuable insights.

Overall, there was positive feedback from the residents, however, there were some areas where feedback showed that small improvements need to be made. As a result, Healthwatch Barking and Dagenham have put forward some recommendations and requested that they be taken into consideration and relevant action be taken to improve these areas.
